Hypnotherapy can help with weight loss by addressing any food issues you have, for example, why and how you have put on weight) building your motivation and self esteem and most importantly, successfully re-programming any negative habits and thoughts you have around food.

My aim is to target your unconscious mind with powerful and positive suggestions, in order to help you develop a positive relationship with food and exercise.


Although the cost for Weight Loss Hypnotherapy may appear expensive compared to joining a slimming club, it is important to remember with hypnotherapy you are tackling the problem of WHY you over eat and then addressing that problem.

Realistically, theres only one reason people put on weight, and thats down to calories in versus calories out. But this doesn't address WHY you are overeating! Maybe that reason is comfort eating, or rewarding yourself, eating when you are bored, or being too busy to eat mindfully. Perhaps you start a diet at 8am on Monday and its so restrictive you fall of the wagon by 10am?

The majority of my clients lose weight and are over the moon that they have not been obsessed with food, or seeing it negatively or having to stick to a diet!

During the initial consultation I will weigh you and assess your BMI, before discussing your eating habits, looking for triggers to poor eating. You will be given a food diary to complete for a week. Then you will receive a hypnotherapy treatment which is wonderfully relaxing and will set you on your way for your weight loss journey!

Then you will leave with a self hypnosis recording to keep those positive suggestions firmly in your mind, along with Mindful Eating tips - technique I find works well with Weight Loss clients
